NO.1 Deposit
1. In the top menu bar, click “Wallet”, You will see the amount of your wallet types and each of cryptocurrency. In the ETH ethereum row, please click “Deposit”.
2. On this page, your “Wallet address” will be displayed directly, click “Copy to Clipboard”.
【*Note: If you use a crypto wallet other than Metamask, please make sure your wallet supports the ERC20 transaction, and Cube Gem has not responsible for any problems that occur! 】
3. Open the Metamask App, go to the wallet page, and click “Send”. Paste the wallet address from the clipboard into the “To” input box.
4. Enter the amount of ETH you want to trade.
5. Go to “History” banner section, you can see your transaction status in “Crypto Transactions”. A typical transaction will take 5-15 minutes or up to a few days.
NO.2 Buy & Sell
1. In the top menu bar, click “Wallet”, You will see the amount of your wallet types and each of cryptocurrency. In the ETH -Ethereum row, please click “Buy & Sell”.
2. After you enter the page, select “Sell” part, fill with the amount of ETH you want to trade, and click “Sell Ethereum”.
3. A transaction summary will appear on the page, showing the current total value of ETH, price and fee, please click “Sell Ethereum”.
4. When you are done, go back to “History” in the menu bar and you will see your transactions in “Orders” - “completed”. Your order ID, total value, fees will show to you. The sale of ETH has been completed!
NO.3 Withdraw
1. In the top menu bar, click “Wallet”, You will see the amount of your wallet types and each of cryptocurrency. In the CAD row, please click “Withdraw”.
2. Once you click in, you can select the method of withdrawal you want. On the red box - the amount you currently have in your account, on the yellow box - you need to enter the amount you want to withdraw, on the green box - select the bank you want to withdraw to.
In the transaction summary, you can see the total amount, the 1.5% transaction fee, and the net amount. Select “Next” to proceed with the withdrawal transaction.
3. Before final confirmation of the withdrawal, Bitbuy will send you a verification code to your cell phone, please follow the SMS instructions to enter the numbers to the input box. Once you are done, click “Withdraw CAD”.
【*Note: Please allow up to 24 hours for Bitbuy to process transactions. Your withdrawal will be sent via Interac e-transfer to the email address connected to your Bitbuy account. 】
4. In the “History” section, you can see your withdrawal transactions, time, bank, amount, withdrawal method, fees in the “Transactions”- “Withdrawals”.
5. When you receive this email, the transaction to withdraw ETH has been completed! The Interac e-transfer link will be sent to your email within 60 minutes!
6. Security answers of e-transfer:
When you receive an e-transfer email, click on “Deposit your money”.
About security answer of e-transfer, you need to open the Bitbuy website, click on “Profile” on the right side of the menu bar, and click on “Settings”.
Scroll down the page to “Interac e-Transfer details”, and you will find your e-transfer “Security answer”, please click on the copy button on the right and paste it into your e-transfer page. Then, receive your money!
