Bitbuy official website open/ official App download:
For computer users：
Open the browser, search: https://bitbuy.ca/ to open.
For IOS mobile users:
Go to Apple App store, search BitBuy and download it.
For Android users:
Go to Google play, search for BitBuy and download it.

1. Click “Personal account”, enter your information details: your email address, username, password, reconfirm password, cell phone number (cell phone number must be under your real name verification), click “Agree to the terms”, then click “Create my account”.
2. Step 1: Enter your basic information:
First name, last name, date of birth; occupation industry, occupation position. When you have finished, click “Next”.
【Note: Those basic information must be consistent with your formal ID, such as: (Canadian) driver’s license, Canadian passport】
3. Step 2:
After entering your home address, click “Next”.

4. Step 3:
Are you Politically Exposed Person or the leader of International Organization?
Please select “No - I am not a politically exposed person”.
5. Complete account registration and Identity verification. Click on “I Agree”.
Then, open your email box and find the email send from Bitbuy. Click on “Verify email” to confirm that in your email.
【*Note: In order to verify your account, you must confirm and verify your email, which Bitbuy will send to you during your account creation process.】
That’s it, your Bitbuy account is now registered!
6. 接下来需要认证您的个人信息。
Next, you need to verify your personal information. Click “Verify account”.
Step 1.
-On the left side, you need to upload a valid ID of yourself (e.g. Canadian driver’s license, etc.). -On the right side, you need to upload a photo, which needs to hold both a valid ID card and a printed "Bitbuy Use Only" paper. (We will attach the individual “Bitbuy Use Only” document file, you need to download it, print it out, and hold it in your hand)
Step 2.
-On the left side, you need to upload a copy of your bank card statement (jpeg/jpg, png, pdf files are available)
-On the right side, you need to upload a copy of your Internet bill, cell phone bill, water bill, hydro bill in your name. You need to upload the e-bill/e-statement that is downloaded from the official website, instead of screenshots or modifications to the documents.
-After you upload all files, click “Request Verification”.
When you saw this page, it means that Bitbuy has successfully received your request for your identity verification. Please wait patiently for 1-3 business days for review before you can use Bitbuy again.
